MGRO through its subsidiaries becomes the controller of the palm oil plantation company
PT Mahkota Group Tbk through its entity, namely PT Berlian Inti Mekar, on March 24, 2023 carried out a transaction to take over the majority (controlling) share of an affiliated oil palm plantation company, namely PT Mega Sawit Sriwijaya, which is located in South Sumatra.
This takeover was carried out in order to increase the availability of production raw materials for the company and also to fulfill the provisions of Law No. 39 of 2014 concerning provisions for the supply of production raw materials from their own plantations.
This transaction has also met all the requirements set by the financial regulators and the Indonesian capital market
